Validity and Renewals:
Q.What is the validity of the card?
*The davisclub card issued to you in valid for a period of one year from the date of issue.
Q.Will I have to apply once again after my card validity expires?
*You can renew your membership before the validity date and you will be issued a fresh card with renewed validity.
Q.Will the card get renewed automatically after a year?
* No, you will be notified when your card will expire and you can renew your card any time before the expiry date.

Q. What should I do if a merchant does not recognize/honour my Card?
*All our partner merchants are in written agreement with us and have agreed to honour Davisclub card. In case this does not happen, please contact us immediately at 0120 - 4515151
Q. I am a regular visitor to a particular outlet/restaurant/merchant but I dont see it in the partners list. How can I use my Davisclub card to avail good deals at that outlet?
*You can submit your recommendation for the outlet at our Recommend a merchant section and we will approach them to join our partners club.
Q. I used Davisclub Card at a merchant, but did not like the quality of the product. What shouldo I do?
*We at Davisclub Card take very stringent measures to ensure that we provide offers of only high quality merchant locations. However, it is tough for us to ensure product quality at our partner stores, and we encourage you to share your feedback with us at feedback@davisclub.com.

Q. What is my user ID to log into the website?
* Last 8 digits of your card number is your user ID. You can log into the website with this user ID and password you would have received on your registered mobile number.
Q. I dont have the password SMS with me. What should I do?
*. You can click on the forgot password link the login page, enter your login ID which is last 8 digits of your card number and click submit. Within few minutes, you will recieve your new password via SMS on your registered mobile number.
Q. I am unable to login. Whom should I contact?
*. You can send us an e-mail with last 8 digits of your card number and we will get back to you with the resolution or you can call our customer care at 0120 - 4515151.
