Upon the purchase of the membership, we would ensure that the card is dispatched to the address mentioned while registering, within 15 working days.
The shipping time mentioned on the website is approximate and we do not guarantee it.
Any delay/loss in/of the delivery because of third parties like courier services are beyond our control and we would not be held liable in such cases.
We would ensure that the despatch details are e-mailed across to you and we would, in all our capability, assist you in rectifying the delay, once we are intimated about any such delay.
